The 1940 Campaign is a new
and exciting version of World War 2 reenacting that is catching on quickly in the Mid Atlantic area. It features new
nationalities, new weapons and tactics and a whole new cooperative style of reenacting that eliminates the "winning / losing"
aspect of the hobby that has made living history so destructive and devisive. Instead of headlong competition
which creates opposition, we're dedicating our energy to building associations within nationality groups to foster greater
friendship and understanding of one another. It's a whole lot easier to work with friends than enemies. This simple
concept has produced the kind of event we've been searching for.
